Total Laboratories Ltd offers the best solutions in laboratory design, fit-out and refurbishment. From groundbreaking start-ups to globally recognised institutions, we design, build and refurbish inspiring laboratory spaces that allow the finest minds to invent, discover and innovate.
Offering fully-integrated project delivery, we manage every aspect of your laboratory installation, from design and build to sourcing and fitting specialist furniture. From conception to completion, our dedicated project managers are on hand to ensure a smooth and stress-free lab installation that fulfils your specific requirements – on time and to budget.

Prepare project brief
We’ll run through all your requirements and create a unique project brief. This includes project outcomes, sustainability outcomes, quality objectives and spatial requirements.
Concept design
In line with the requirements outlined in the project brief, you’ll receive an initial design concept.
Test and validate
At this point, we’ll coordinate all aspects of the design and build. By the end of this stage, the architectural, structural and mechanical services specifications should be fully outlined.
Technical design
At this point, we’ll coordinate all aspects of the design and build. By the end of this stage, the architectural, structural and mechanical services specifications should be fully outlined.
Manufacturing and construction
We’ll oversee and finalise site logistics, carry out the construction phase, and monitor progress and quality control.
Handover
Now the project is wrapped up and all key objectives have been fulfilled, we’ll hand the site back over to the client.
