Amano Enzyme Laboratory Case Study
Total Projects were tasked by research firm Amano Enzyme, the world’s leading manufacturing of speciality enzymes, to design and build a new laboratory and office space in Milton Park. This space has been established to act as the Japanese company’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) hub. Amano’s enzymes are used in the plant-based alternatives market to improve flavour, texture, colour and digestion and nutritional profiles.
Amano Enzyme are leaders in their field and have been responsible for many important innovations in the sector. The bespoke laboratory, comprising cutting-edge R&D equipment, will enable the company to further expand into strategic focus areas, such as plant-based food and drinks.
