Our step by step to our lab design and build process

1.

Creating the vision

First, we’ll discuss your design goals in detail, as well as your timescales and budgets. Then, once the project requirements are confirmed, we’ll create a detailed brief that includes your design and layout preferences.

2.

Developing the plan of action

Once the design has been signed off, we’ll coordinate all aspects of the design and build to bring your vision to life. And throughout the design development phase, we’ll liaise closely with you to refine key details such as finishes, colours and materials.

3.

Let’s set to work

We’ll oversee and finalise site logistics, carry out the build and fit-out, and monitor progress and quality control. Finally, when the project is wrapped up and all key objectives have been fulfilled, we’ll hand the site back over to you.
